Workshop, 1.5h Individual coaching, 1h Rolling 11-person signups

Professionals working in marketing, product, or service design regularly underestimate just how hard the job is: getting lots of people to stop or change what they’re doing now, and start completely new habits.

The Behavior Design QuickStart equips you with practical, repeatable ways to change your strategy and messaging — right now — that return at least 3x what you’re currently doing.

No prior knowledge needed: you’ll work through simple templates, cases and measurable results from brands like: Instagram, Fitbit, Walmart, Merck, Taco Bell, Lilly, and more.

You’ll quickly master how to design persuasive, ai-prompt-ready sequences that win now. Reduce friction, drive adoption and sustain growth in market. You’ll see new opportunities in your work — and the way you interact with all the people close to you.

The Fogg Behavior Model

The Fogg Behavior Model in a QuickStart

It’s an intense workshop, focused on practices that apply the most useful parts of positive reinforcement, behavioral psychology, behavioral economics, and decades of engagement analysis across categories. You’ll have a new toolset to design products, services, and campaigns that persuade (instead of convince) people to act: building fast, new, positive actions that scale.

Our schedule:

  • Why advertising format fails in today’s era of persuasion platforms

  • Transition messaging from convincing (advertising) to persuasion (attitudinal/behavioral)

  • Apply research on how people make decisions and perform new actions

  • Break business goals into behaviors

  • Remove ambiguity from behavior for clarity of action and inclusion

  • Architect compelling behaviors using the Fogg Behavior Model

  • Sequence using the Pryor method to reinforce actions from unaware, through goal, to advocacy

  • Prompt for attitudes and behavioral sequences in AI / LLM.

  • Dedicated Q/A time.
